最近ここで散髪してもらったんですが、すごくいい感じになりました！これまで日本で髪を切った中で最高の経験でした。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、快適に感じました。彼らは全員英語を話すので、大きなプラスになります。皆さんとても親切な感じで、お店もとても清潔感がありました。

彼らは時間をかけて私のヘアカットの好みを理解し、専門知識に基づいて私の質問に答えてくれました。強くお勧めします。次回の訪問が待ちきれません!

I was so fortunate to find Gold Salon, and Hiro, when I first moved to Tokyo 4 years ago. I always experience excellent service and Hiro is absolutely the best! My curly hair cuts and highlights, as well as hair treatments, are always wonderful. Cool music and a selection of coffee and tea is a bonus, too. You can't go wrong - highly recommend!

Hiro has been coloring and styling my hair for years. His knowledge of color and attention to detail is unparalleled. He’s professional and always ensures I leave happy and looking my best. Gold has a great location, professional caries only the best products.

Before going to GOLD, I went to another international hair salon with many western costumers. Since my hair is too fine to bleach we decided to go for an ashy beige color from my natural dark blonde. To my shock it turned kind of yellow! Far from my expectations. Feeling totally desperate and disappointed I looked for another salon in the internet.
So I found GOLD. Luckily they could give me an appointment at the very next day! Hiro, Thank you so much for having a lot of patience, doing some color experiments and fixing my hair!
Now my hair isn't shiny and yellow anymore. Instead it has a soft, light ashy blonde tone, looks very elegant and natural.
I also got a nice compliment on the street!

Thank you so much for best highlights in Tokyo. I would say Hiro is ONLY hairdresser in Tokyo who could colour the hair in ASH. All staff speak excellent English, and service is as courtes as always in Japan. Arigato gozaimashta!

I've been fully disappointed twice here now.

When I went to get my haircut, I showed a picture of how I wanted it to turn out. Textured, layered, healthy, the usual. I wanted my bangs to swoop.

None of that ended up happening. The layering came at the end like an after thought? And they feathered it (which just looks frizzy with my hair type) There was also no gradual layering between the bangs and the rest which was a key point I thought in the picture.

I really blamed myself for a while, that I wasn't clear enough, that I should have said something but how do you politely tell a hair stylist at a reputable salon that you think their work isn't acceptable? How do you say "Excuse me, you're not done yet right" as they start blow drying?

They blew out my hair without asking as well which brought my total to over 1万. I paid 1万 for a cut that none of my friends agree looks even worth half the price. I'm so embarassed.

This salon does work hard I think. And they're friendly enough. Shampoo and massage were relaxing. The hair cut I received would have looked great on a Japanese girl! Probably.just it came out very awkwardly with my thick and fine hair.

I did go There cause of the good Reviews, i wanted a balayage and some treatment. After First Time it did not work out as i wished i talked to the Stylist she First wanted me to pay more so i can change what i dont like but after a little bit talking she gave me another appointment to correct it without charging.at second time it was perfect just like i wanted and they even gave me the treatment a second time which i did not expect.very nice thank you hiro!

Having lived in Japan for over a year now, and had multiple hair disasters at other salons, I have finally, finally, walked out of a salon feeling like I have my hair back to its best! Hiro understood my hair, he listened to my concerns for the cut and shape, and he knew what to do to get it looking how it should. I cannot thank him and the staff at GOLD enough. I loved getting the Keratin treatment at this salon. It was fabulous and the stylists all are very talented. They speak English too. It isn’t cheap though.

At GOLD, I had my extensions done (first time ever) they are still perfect after 2 months. My experience was pleasant under any aspect: The space is elegant, clean with a beautiful natural light coming form the big windows, nice atmosphere with very polite and kind crew, they are also incredibly talented and skilled, fluent in english and to my questions about the treatment I was going to do, they answered honestly and on point so I also learned how to take care of my new extensions. Very happy, thank u Lana for the wonderful job you did with my hair, for all your suggestions and for the nice chatting!

Hands down one of the best hair salons in Tokyo. The kindest and sweetest staff, who could speak English and Japanese. Not only did they take care of my hair in the best way possible but I've never seen someone take time and focus on each hair strand. I will definetly come back next time I'm in tokyo.

Howard did my hair. He is very knowledgeable, honest and caring about hair. They were very quick to respond. Making an appointment was super easy! Service was amazing, so comfortable and nice. The salon studio itself is super chic and cozy:)
