最近の東京旅行中にヘアカットを予約することにしました。言葉の壁が心配だったので少し不安でしたが、全く問題ありませんでした！ほとんどのスタッフが英語を話せるので、参考に美容師さんに写真を見せてもらったので助かりました。ヨシアツさんに髪を切ってもらいました！髪を切るときもとても丁寧で、引っ張ったりすることもなく、思ったよりもきれいにカットしていただきました。素敵なヘアカットをしていただき本当にありがとうございました！！！これからは髪を切るために定期的に東京に戻らなければならないかもしれません^^

During 3.5 years that I've lived in Tokyo I've tried out several salons, but this one is my absolute favorite. Stylists are very skilled, the attention to detail is out of this world.
I keep coming with all kinds of unconventional color and cut requests, and so far this is the only place which I leave satisfied after every visit.
Most of the stylists here speak English (at varying degrees), they're good with bleaching non-Japanese hair, pastel colors, they cut carefully and always try to make sure you're well understood.
As for Harajuku, the prices aren't even that bad, and honestly, it's worth every yen.

English speaking hair salon! I did color hair. I really enjoyed the hair wash, massage and hair styling after the color. However, color choices were limited and I wished I was recommended some creative options instead of picking my own colors and patterns.

I’ve had trouble finding a salon that could get my roots light enough until now. Number76 did an amazing job and I’m super happy with my pink hair!

My favorite salon in Tokyo! The staff is so friendly and they speak very excellent English, there was absolutely no issue communicating or describing what I wanted style wise. Very easy to find too!

Last weekend, I was not fully satisfied with my new haircolour and had left a comment here.   Team Number76 was very kind to offer me to come around once more to amend it to my fullest satisfaction.   And my Stylist is Miyu San. What a great customer service.   Thank you so much and see you next time again!)

It was difficult for me to find english friendly hair salon in Tokyo and number76 didn't dissapoint me. The staff is very polite and speak english well. I changed my appointment in last minute and they are fine with that. They also have student discount which is very nice:)

I made a reservation a month ahead of my appointment last weekend. My stylist, whom I booked, kept on serving other - mostly Western ladies - while I was mainly served by several other stylists.   Why do I need to book a specific stylist then?   I am not satisfied with the outcome and I wished she had paid more attention to her reserved customer.

Very friendly staff. English is tolerated. Clean place. Even drinks and snacks are served. Restroom available. Job done perfectly.

The only salon that could turn my dark brown hair to lighter brown without bleaching. I have been to most of all the salons in Shibuya, Omotesando and Aoyama and this salon is the best so far! Thank you so much Ms. Ogawa and Ms. Sunada!

I understand that salons get busy, however after booking a specific stylist I was kept waiting for a long time, and never saw her till nearly the end of my visit. This felt a bit unprofessional. Because my stylist seemed to be in a rush, she was a little rough with me, and cut my hair very quickly. I was also supposed to color my hair, however during the consultation I got under the impression that what I wanted was either too difficult or that there was not much interest in helping me achieve my goal. In the end I colored it at another salon. I'm sorry to write a negative review, but the visit was simply a bit unpleasant.

I've been going to Number76 to get my hair straight permed for around 4 years now and I have nothing but good things to say about the place! The staff are very friendly and accommodating, and I've always been satisfied with the results.

I usually book with Natsumi, but I have also seen Mieko, and I'd totally recommend both of them, especially if you're interested in trying a straight perm. My hair is naturally very wavy and frizzy, and I always leave with perfectly straight, smooth hair that stays that way - forever. You can throw it up into a bun, curl it, whatever; it'll always go back to being straight after a quick shower.
I have bangs, so I typically go in every 4-ish months to get it touched up, after the bangs have grown out to the point that they're unruly again, but if you don't have bangs, you could probably get away with going every 6+ months.

Nothing but good things to say about this place, totally recommend it!

It was my first time coming to the shop and it was a really nice experience. I am not used to go to super nice hair dressers and honestly this place has surprised me for the good. The professional that attended me was super kind and she did a great job with my hair, would recommend anyone this place 100%, will comeback for sure! Thanks for the service
