48Overall very happy with how my hair straightening turned out. I was a little bit nervous because my ends were still a little bleached but they took really good care of me and my hair has never looked better! Even with a little bit of bleach left, no damage whatsoever during the process and it looks great even after several washes.
Amazing service, staff can speak English too. I had the best hair dresser experience of my life here. There's also a lovely cafe downstairs from the salon which they give you a 20% off voucher for, for coming to the salon.
The staff were all friendly and helpful! They did a fantastic job with retouching my roots and coloring my hair!
Everyone there is pretty kind and nice. The service from Iijima -san is exceptional. Sometimes the load is shared as well as the place can be busy.
Amazing team, bleached and coloured hair with stylist Ijima! Super friendly, caring and helpful also good communication english wise. Llved the little snacks and massage that was complimentary! Hair looks impeccable and feels great!
Yoshiatsu was my stylist. I made sure to book in advance. The service is amazing! I have had long hair for years and wanted to change it up with a medium short haircut. My stylist not only gave me a great cut but also thinned out my hair so it was more manageable. I wash my hair now and in 5 minutes I am good to go. No more bad hair days! Make sure to take pictures of the style you want although they tend to speak English but minimal.
Got my hair permanently straightened in this place and I'm quite happy with the result - didn't have to worry about my hairstyle for the rest of my visit to Japan:)
As i cant speak Japanese i tried reserving an appointment through their website 3 weeks before my arrival in Japan. Since i didnt receive any feedback i tried several times through their email adress catering to foreigners as well. But still no reply, only when i was leaving japan did they finally reply but they didnt have any openings. Too bad, would have loved to try the salon.
