めての、そして間違いなく最高の日本サロンでの経験。ターさんとタシオさんがサービスしてくれました。二人ともとても丁寧な仕事をしてくれました。サプライズをお願いしましたが、素晴らしいサプライズが届きました。機会があれば絶対に戻ってきます

サロンへの入会を検討されている方への警告

SOZO にお金を寄付しようと考えている人は、やめてください。東京には他にも、自分の仕事に誇りを持ち、顧客のことを気遣う素晴らしいスタイリストがいるサロンが数え切れないほどあります(いくつか例を挙げると、Sin Den、Assort、Gold Salonなど)。少なくとも、あの「トップスタイリスト」敬三にハサミを持って近寄らせないでください。彼を信頼するよりも、自分の髪を切ったほうがいいでしょう。私が見せた、とてもシンプルなヘアカットの例の写真を彼は完全に無視した後、彼は急いで自分の好きなようにやり始めました。彼は私の髪をひどく破壊したので、私は1年以上、全体的に見栄えがせず、非常に不均一なセミボウルカットで歩き回るように非難されました。言うまでもなく、それは私が求めていたものとはまったく似ていませんでした。彼の間違いを隠すようにスタイリングする方法はなかったので、私はそれが伸びるのを辛抱強く待つ必要がありました。誰もがそれがどれほどひどいものであるかに気づき、私の自尊心は崩壊しました。

予約から数日後、私はサロンにメールで、なぜ自分のヘアカットに満足できないのかを丁寧に説明し、それを修正できるかどうかを尋ねました。サロン側は一切応じてくれませんでした。数週間後にフォローアップのメールを送信しましたが、再び無視されました。特に天文学的な価格を課していることを考えると、顧客に対するひどい扱い方です。顧客に対してこれほど冷たく配慮のない態度をとったサロンは他に行ったことがないと言っても過言ではありません。オーナーの敬三の妄想的な傲慢さが、自分の明らかな失策を認めることを妨げ、あるいは自分の不注意で髪を壊した相手を認める人間の良識さえ持たなかったのだとしか思えない。ご存知のとおり、ほんの少しの誠実さを持つほとんどのスタイリストは、それを認めており、少なくともそれを修正しようと提案するでしょう。彼には美容師である必要はなく、彼の無能さから将来の潜在的な犠牲者を救うために、直ちに職業から引退するべきです。こちらのサロンに行ったことをとても後悔しています。これほど高い評価を得ているのは奇跡以外の何ものでもありませんが、肯定的なレビューを投稿した人のほとんどに報酬が支払われるか、何らかの割引が与えられるのではないかと疑問に思います。だまされてこの場所に行かないでください。

そしてSOZOさん、わざわざこのレビューに対して「前回は申し訳ありませんでした。サービスの改善に努めます」という不誠実なナンセンスな返答をしないでください。それは侮辱的なことであり、空虚な謝罪は必要ありません。

朝、東京周辺のさまざまな場所をグーグルで調べた後、初めてこのサロンに来ました。私はウルフカットをリクエストし、参考写真を 2 枚見せ、希望するものをほとんど説明して、とても満足しました。オトは本当に素晴らしい仕事をしてくれて、これ以上嬉しいことはありません。私が出会ったスタッフは素敵で、サロン自体は居心地が良く、初めての訪問で十分に話すことはできません。私は間違いなくこのサロンの常連になります。オトさん、またよろしくお願いします!あなたは悪いことをしました!

日の朝10時に予約をしましたが、スタッフの方の対応がとても丁寧でした。シャンプーとブローをしてもらいましたが、これには深い髪の洗浄と首と肩のマッサージが含まれていました。髪を乾かしてカールさせたところ、仕上がりがとても気に入りました。このビジネスを誰にでも(観光客を含む)強くお勧めします!

I came here after my show closed to cut my long hair to a bob before I went back to the US. The salon is clean and organized and everyone there is so kind and knowledgeable. I had my hair shampooed and conditioned and was also given a scalp and shoulder massage after. My hair was wet cut, blowdried, and then dry cut and styled. I had Kikumi as my stylist and she was amazing! I'm so pleased with my hair, I wish I lived in Japan so she could be my stylist all the time! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

I specifically looked for an english speaking hair salon that can accommodate my needs as my Japanese is very limited. Ota was my hair stylist and her english is perfect! We were able to have in depth conversations about the style I wanted and her recommendations based on my hair type. I got a haircut and the FLOWDIA System treatment done, which in total took about 2 hours give or take. Will definitely come back again!

Great Service. Great consultation. I really liked my hairstyle. The stylist was very knowledgeable. Best service I have gotten so far. Loved the head massage. Was a great cherry on top:)

I came here to dye and cut my hair and it was a throughout great experience! The staff speak English very well and are super friendly. They consulted me beforehand about what color would be possible with my hair and what haircut would look good with the color. I especially loved how much care they gave into every step from washing to coloring, cutting and styling my hair! I felt really safe giving my hair into the hair stylists care. Also, you get a little pillow to rest your arms on and you get a wonderful head massage when shampooing the hair - so throughout a super nice and relaxing experience!

My hairstylist was Oto, she speaks perfect English which was already really helpful as a foreigner and this was by far the nicest cut I've gotten since I've moved to Japan. She was very friendly and I also got the headspa treatment which was very thorough and relaxing. We treated my dry scalp and she was also able to give me the look I asked for while also offering styling advice. I will definitely be coming back!

They're GREAT here! They speak English well, the place is very cozy and clean, price is solid, everyone in there is super nice. Oto always gives me a great cut and fun to talk with, and the other hairdressers are very friendly and sociable as well. Highly recommend: D

EDIT: Half of my hair fell off after the treatment (I got the japanese straightening). I said I recommended it and I was very happy with the price, the staff, and the result, but not 100% sure anymore. Still, after many months it saves me a lot of time every day and I still don't need to use the iron so much, so I will leave my feedback on 3 stars. I would consider doing it again (when I get all of my hair back lol).

Stumbled upon an ad on Instagram about a hair salon that provides service in English. The hair stylists are trainees, so the price is lower than usual. The rating and reviews are extremely high, so I decided to give it a try.

The first misconception is that the stylist that assisted me in specific is definitely not comfortable speaking in English, and I felt a huge barrier while communicating, so much that after a while of some struggle I asked if they felt more comfortable speaking in Japanese, since communication is key specially when providing someone this type of service. You don’t want any misunderstandings, or else you can end with hair gone wrong, which is exactly what happened to me.

First of all, they shouldn’t advertise that they can assist in English, or they should have escalated someone else that could actually speak in English to begin with, since this was the main reason I decided to make an appointment with them. Second, I went for cut and color, and the stylist that assisted me wasn’t experienced with coloring as much, a fact that they told me AFTER they did my hair wrong. The cut is fine, but the color came out completely patchy (green, yellow, gray) and in a straight line (I asked for gradation style). Luckily I can still put my hair up, because I feel utterly embarrassed to be in public with my hair like this. The stylist was very apologetic after it was done and said that they might not have that much experience with coloring, and that they might have chosen the wrong way to do things. Additionally, the price was higher than when the booking was made, information that should have been disclosed beforehand. I hope this stylist in particular can work on what they have done wrong and from now on be honest and more communicative if they don’t think they have the abilities or skills to do what asked. I could have happily been ok with just a cut if they had told me that they weren’t sure about what they were doing.

To top it off, I felt like there was no communication overall, at times they would just expect me to know where to go or what to do, there was no advice on what I could do to fix it, an apparent senior stylist came to see my hair and they just talked between themselves, nothing was instructed to me and when going out I had kept 2 bags in their locker, and they only handed me one, which seems like a very small detail, but being a forgetful person myself I could have potentially just forgotten it there.

Note that I do realize that the stylists are mostly trainees, but I still should have been warned about their inexperience with hair coloring.
I’m sure there are great trainees and that the school is good, but my experience has been nothing less than outraging, as I had to pay full price and wasn’t even offered a free or discounted “fix”.

Amazing hairdresser! Loved how my hair turned out, and i got a massage and some coffe while i waited for my foils, amazing! So i will now bring my 4 daughters there too

Amazing Hair Stylists!

The staff are awesome, I always get Kikukmi to cut my hair. She speaks English very well and is happy to listen to exactly what the customer wants. She even made adjustments during the cut based on what I wanted. I’m always very happy when I go here:)
The salon is beautiful too.

The staff pampers you throughout. Yuya san patiently understood what i want as an end result and suggested an appropriate treatment. I am very happy with my new hair.

I’ve been going to Sozo and getting my hair cut by kikumi for a year now and have never been disappointed. Very kind and always easy to communicate with her about what I’d like to do with my hair. Highly recommend her and sozo.

オーナーのケイゾウさんにはかれこれ15年以上お世話になってもらっていますが、いつ伺ってもハイクオリティな対応をしてくれます。子供が3人いるので、毎回乳児を連れて行く時も気遣いしてくださり、私がシャンプー代へ行く間もぐずっていたらあやしてくださったりします。けいぞうさんのところのスタッフの方々は皆さんとても感じが良く、子供達にも優しいです。また子連れですと時間通りに施術してくださるのがとても毎回ありがたいです。ケイゾウさんのところでお世話になっていると、正直他の美容院に行くと愕然とおもてなしに差があり他のところでは満足しなくなります!
