I’ve always had positive experiences at SOZO. Kikumi is attentive and takes the time to really understand what any of her clients want. She’s a skilled and experienced stylist who has worked with clients from all over the world and I can attest personally to her work. She’s dyed my hair twice and the end result was superb. I quite frankly only trust her with cutting my hair in Tokyo as she understands how to handle it’s texture. If you’re looking for a wonderful hair styling and care experience, SOZO is a fantastic choice and Kikumi is the right person for the job!

行く度に変わるアート作品も、魅力の一つです。
ショートヘアなので､モロにスタイリストさんの技術力が出てしまう為、何度もサロンを変えてここに辿り着きました。
カットをお願いしているKIKUMIさんは､私の曖昧な表現をくみとり､いつも素敵に仕上げてくれます。

Kikumi is amazing! She didn’t have time to see the video I sent her of the style I wanted in advance, but I showed her similar photos on the day of the appointment as part of the consultation and she ACED it! She understood exactly what I wanted and is the first hair stylist to cut my hair right (including my experiences in the US). I almost couldn’t believe it when she said it was her first time to cut this kind of style! The price was very reasonable and I could use a coupon. I would definitely recommend this place and I’ll be back again in the future:) Thank you!

何度かスタイルを変えてカットをお願いしましたが、都度しっかりと応えて頂きました。
特に重めのショートボブではシンプルなラインをクールに決めてくれて、色んな人に褒められました。
彼女の普段のファッションのセンスや会話も心地よく、ずっと通いたいサロンです。

I really recommend seeing Kikumi here! I got my hair cut from really long to a short mullet, and I was nervous about such a huge change but Kikumi was lovely to work with. She helped me figure out exactly what I want and took the time to make small changes until I was 100% happy. She also speaks amazing English so if you aren't confident speaking Japanese don't worry! I'll definitely be back for future haircuts!

英語とアートと…敷居が高いかな〜？と予約までに3ヶ月近く迷ってから行きましたが、店内はセンスよく落ち着いていて、居心地のいい空間でした。

KIKUMIさんにカットとヘッドスパをお願いしています。
ヘッドスパは数日間はシャンプーしても、髪の1本1本に水分が満ちている感じが続き、とても気に入っています。
説明は丁寧ですし、質問には明快な答えで、真摯な姿勢に信頼が高まります。

First, I took this photo after walking around in the windy weather for like an hour. I was surprised at how great it still looked when I came home!

My natural hair color is dark brown, and I visited sozo to get a cut and have my roots re-dyed. Even before I started bleaching my hair it’s always been wavy/frizzy, and pretty hard to tame. Now that it’s damaged from the bleach, it’s even more difficult. But I had a really great experience at the Sozo! After leaving, my hair felt and looked so much better, and immensely healthier than before. It was my first time getting my hair dyed in Japan, but still I think it was a great experience, and I will definitely be going back again soon. The staff’s English was also perfect, and they were very nice to speak with as well. I would say it might be a little expensive, but it was definitely worth it!

Very nice staff pampers you throughout your experience. From soothing shampoo session, to head and shoulder massage, and complimentary drink. There are less costly salons for sure, but Sozo's service and used products far exceed any other salon I've tried. I've always come out of there satisfied.

Been here twice now and had my hair cut today by Taa. Absolutely brilliant, completely professional, cut my hair exactly how I wanted in terms of length, shape, cut etc. They can speak English! Oto is a brilliant addition to the team. Will defo be back:)

短髪でうまく仕上げてくれるところは多くありませんが、超とても素敵に仕上げてもらいました特に、キャップで来たので今日はセットしなくて大丈夫です、と伝えたにもかかわらず、流しますので一度セットしてみましょうと言ってバシッとセット決めてくれたのには感動しました。普通の美容室ではそこまでしませんね。ケイゾーさんありがとうございました

Keizo, the owner and his team are professional, very attentive to what you’re looking for, and the team also speaks English. A very tourist-friendly salon in Tokyo as the staff are friendly and speak fluent english! I bleached and coloured my hair for the very first time and it was a great experience:)
