Muscat is a well placed, very friendly, and well staffed parlor, with a number of artists who cover a broad range of styles, and try very hard to get your design just right. English and Japanese spoken, fair prices, clean tattoo area. I can't recommend it enough. Check out their Instagram page as they have a lot of great stuff on there.

From an English translator who is always prompt with replies (thanks David), to talented tattoo artists (Asao, Haruka, and Shinya), to a clean cozy space.you will not be disappointed. My husband and I have gotten tattoos here on every trip to Japan for a total of 5 times! No trip to Tokyo is complete without a tattoo from Studio Muscat!

Awesome service. David was great about keeping in contact with me and setting me up with a tattoo I've always wanted. They are located very close to Shibuya station. It's an easy walk for any tourists looking to get a tattoo.
