酒と人情料理 いたる 香林坊店

のどぐろを食しに本店に行ったが満員でこちらの店舗は席が空いているとのご紹介をいただきこちらへ。
カウンターに座り奮発してのどぐろ一匹を焼きで注文。
最高に美味しかった。
普段あまり飲まない日本酒も進んでしまい満足。
旅行者が多い印象で一人で来ている女性もいた。
店員さんは悪くないがあまり笑顔が感じられなかったのが少し残念笑

One of the best izakayas in Kanazawa, it was worth the 45 min wait in the rain. The stewed duck, grilled fish and tempura was delicious. Be sure to ask for what is on the specials as the English menu does not have them.

接客が最悪。
予約しないで行ったら、ぶっきらぼうに「一時間たったら来て」と一言。
混雑していて大変なのはわかるが、あからさまに面倒くさそうな態度をとられて怒りがわきました。

いたるができた時から「いたるの魚はうまい。」と言われ、評判を高めてきた。実際、店主はいいものを出そうとし、また、工夫もしてきた。この店から学び、独立した料理人も増えてきた。開店前には観光客が並んでいることが多い。

Great very local izakaya. Friendly staff. Foreigner friendly with an English menu (although it's lacking the daily specials). A bit pricey but not too bad given the quality of the food. Recommend the grilled flatfish, sashimi, duck and young bamboo with miso.

Great atmosphere, very friendly staff! We were so happy we found this place. Grilled fish is more expensive choice on the menu - but it worth it!

More traditional style Japanese tapas, but very good. The fried flat fish was very good as well. Service was incredible, but the duck jibuni took a while to come out.

開店前から並んで１回目に入れました。
この日２ハイ目の蟹めん
のどぐろ塩焼き、白子天ぷら、蓮根と車麩、寒ブリ刺身
普通に美味しかったです。

香林坊にある居酒屋チェーン店。評価サイトでは上位にランキングされる常連店。店舗型で、施設は新しいとは言えない。ただ、立地がよく、ホール、キッチンともにスタッフが充実しており、接客対応も良い。肝心の料理は美味しい。魚介を売りにしているだけあって、魚介が美味い。大根おろしのしらす添は頂けないが、のど黒は絶品。日本酒も素晴らしい。

Excellent! Found it by luck! Real local spot with fresh grilled fish and a great atmosphere. They also have English menu, could not taste the fish of the month because he was sold out but everything I tasted was super. Nice choice of local sakes also. Would recommend this to anyone that wish to experience real local Japan
