I got a hair cut and a treatment. Maasa was so attentive to what I wanted and always asked if I liked it before she kept going. I hate when my hair gets cut much shorter or different than what I order so I really appreciate that she did that. I personally like the atmosphere of Roppongi salon better than Omotesando. I’d go back again

I had my hair done by Taka and he did a fantastic job! He is really kind and pays attention to detail. He can speak English well, so no worries if you can't speak Japanese.

I went for organic smoothening, i paid 44k yen and after a week my hair was same like before. My whole money wasted. Dont try to fool people. I regret going there.

Hi, tourist from Canada! This was by far the best salon experience of my life. The service is phenomenal and I was very satisfied with my hair. 10/10 would recommend! From the second I arrived, I was greeted with a big smile from my stylist Miyuzi, more on her hairstyling talent later. I was promptly seated and saw that they had written a cute greeting note waiting for me at my chair. I was offered a drink and my stylist patiently listened to my requests and made very good suggestions that met both of my requests of it being budget friendly and healthy for my hair. Miyuzi has 20 plus years of experience and it really shows, she's very gentle and I had an incredibly relaxing experience having my hair straightened by her. She is also a very smiley and approachable individual, I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 hours at the salon very much. Thank you again! Hayato would definitely be my go-to spot the next time I'm back in Japan.

K san did a great job for me today, recommending a light perm and giving me some styles to choose from. He’s experienced with men’s hairstyles and is a great choice.

I loved my new hairstyle. Nao (my stylist) and others spoke English very well which is really important as a tourist. She cut my hair exactly the way I wanted and even added some MORE extras that I did not expect and looked great! I felt really welcomed as a customer. It's great that they have an expert for everything.

I have never been so happy with my haircut! Kaai did an amazing job providing recommendations for my haircut, and hair colouring. I haven't changed my hairstyle in over a decade, I finally caved in and made the change with Kaai's recommendations, and I have never been happier! I rarely ever colour my hair, and the colour Kaai suggested worked amazing! Once again, rarely ever do I walk out of the salon with such a big smile on my face. 100% will revisit next time I'm in Tokyo!

Got my first haircut on Tokyo! Had my haircut with Naoya who is an associate at the salon. Came in person and had a quick and easy reservation, staff here all speak fluent English which was super convenient. They have an apprenticeship in New York and London. Easy to communicate your needs for a haircut which is one of my criteria when picking a salon. Haircut ranges between 50-100 USD depending on the level of stylist. Comes with a hair wash and also a 10 minute shoulder massage as well. Definitely will be back again when I’m in the area!

Had a great time here! All the staff are very friendly and are very gentle with my hair. Kaai was awesome, super sweet and friendly. There was a mix up with my appointment but they were very professional and quickly cleared it up. Would highly recommend!

The salin is gorgeous and clean. And the staff was extremely nice and professional. This was probably one of the best hair cuts I've ever gotten. Would definitely go again.

The head and shoulder massages were amazing but as for the cut and styling itself, I hoped for better. I was serviced by Miyuki, she was lovely and friendly, but perhaps I miscommunicated what I wanted. I asked for curls so I would look nice for an event, but the style fell flat very fast, and I had to eventually fix it myself. It was disappointing as I was expecting to have a nice hairstyle for the rest of the day but it was minimal and did not last even for a few hours. In addition, I noticed later that the cut she gave was not quite even, and I had to cut some strands myself later. But the service itself is great, the staff is superbly friendly!

Had an amazing experience at Hayato Tokyo Roppongi. My stylist was K. I originally wanted to dye my hair to a grey/purple color that I mistakened for a balayage. The assistants communicated to me effectively and corrected me to find a style that was within my budget. The assistants and another stylist, Hitomi spoke to me in english and made me feel at home. I was even offered something to drink on several occasions. While K does not speak english, there are assistants that will translate for you. K is truly an expert at hair coloring. After changing what I originally wanted to 1 bleach and 1 full color (within my budget), K was able to recreate what I originally wanted in the photo onto my hair. I expected to have dark grey hair after I finished. However, to my surprise, I came out with grey hair and blue-looking highlights due to the color of the hair shifting in the light. The whole process took four hours. My experience here has been amazing and I would definitely come here again. Thank you Hitomi, the assistants, and especially K for doing my hair!

The staff are delightful & speak excellent English. My stylist, Miyuki, was professional, friendly & a total perfectionist! I had my roots bleached; it was quick & painless. The shoulder & head massages were unexpected & amazing.

Lovely salon with very attentive staff. It wa smy birthday month and they have me a surprise birthday cake, really sweet of them. My stylist was Hitomi, she is very skillful and offer great advice of how to style your hair. The wash and massage was also very relaxing. Love the new haircut/style she gave me, will definitely visit again when I come back to Tokyo.

It is good experience to have hair cut in Hayato Salon, it is my first experience here. Ms. Hitome, the hair stylist is so prefessional and I fully satisfied the services she and her team provided. It is worth visiting!

This place is AMAZING! We arrive after a day of trudging through the humidity to experience the bliss of the infamous Japanese head spa. That is a real thing! If you’ve never tried it, sign up for that—u don’t have to get your hair cut. It’s a fabulous way to refresh in between a long afternoon of walking/touring/shopping and dinner. They blow u out unlike the states, blow out is still complimentary here! I went in for a cut w my 17 year old daughter bc nothing beats the precision of a J-cut! They are masters of the craft and I pay 40% less here than I pay in the states! I had Miyu cut my hair and my very discerning daughter got, Daisuke. Both were awesome! My daughter is going back to get highlights today as she loved him so much. He was very informative and helped her make good decisions. English not an issue. Definitely recommend!

Came to visit Japan for 2 weeks from Canada. I was very impressed with the decor and the polite staff. My hair cut was done by Miyu who was very skillful, gave a fantastic neck and upper back massage, as well as a great haircut. Definitely will come back to her when I visit again.
